提起“早操”,大家应该都能心领神会,虽然很多人都有逃操的经历,但做
操确实是当学生最放松的时光。离开校园后的生活,试图追求营造好的松
弛感,其实不用走多远,也不用提前准备,我们渴了会喝水,想不出答案
时抓耳挠腮,听到喜欢的音乐不自觉摇摆,这些“轻轻动”跟“早操”一样不
太费劲。「早操系列」就是这样一个唤醒在生活和工作中,轻轻动一动的
状态,像“曾经”在校园里做“早操”的感觉,轻轻地,接上日常的轨迹。
When we mention “morning exercises,” most of us instinctively understand, even though many have memories of skipping it. Yet, performing these
exercises was truly the most relaxing time when we were students. After leaving school, life tries to recapture that sense of relaxation. It turns out, you
don’t have to go far or prepare in advance. We drink water when thirsty, scratch our heads when puzzled, and sway to music we love—these “gentle
movements” are just as eortless as the morning exercises used to be. The "Morning Exercise Series" is designed to evoke that state of gentle activity
in our daily lives and work, reminiscent of those school days when we lightly followed the rhythm of morning exercises, eortlessly transitioning into
the day’s routine.
